Sam Vilhauer - Owner
Wisdom is the knowledge of things that never change. For the past 40 years Sam’s commitment to building and the community has been unwavering. He started his career in 1978 installing floor coverings and remodeling kitchens and baths. He built his first custom home in 1981 and in 1991 put his carpet knife away to focus exclusively on custom homes, specs, and remodels. Since then, his wisdom and expertise has grown exponentially based on his attention to detail, and commitment to listening to his client’s needs.
As a General Contractor, Sam has received accolades and recognition from the Clark County Parade of Homes in 2003 and 2014, as well as receiving Building Excellence Awards in 2009, one of which was winning the “New Home Construction between $1-2 million”.
Sam has also been a member of the local Building Industry Association of Clark County for 15 years, serving as President in 2007.
Jordan Handsaker - Business Director
An intelligent heart acquires knowledge. Earning multiple degrees from Washington State University and a CPA designation, Jordan is committed to acquiring knowledge and putting it into practice. His professional background reviewing operational financials at multi-billion dollar companies as a CPA has created a competitive advantage when solving the complexities of custom home building.
Hilario Olmos - Project Manager
Jack of all trades, master of one. With a professional background in furniture building and design, Hilario has a mastery of custom finishing and timber work. As a licensed contractor he brings valuable working knowledge to each phase of custom home building.
